Rosa Linda's Méxican Cuisine - Clovis

I really enjoyed the menudo; it had a nice, balanced flavor that wasn't overly spicy, and there was a good assortment of tripe pieces. The pata was soft and had a pleasant, sticky texture. This is the best menudo I've had in Clovis. The corn tortillas were thick, but they could have been cooked a bit longer and could use a little more salt. Additionally, for a large order, three tortillas would have been better than just two.

Taco salad .... was a few chips, hand full of olives, 2 slices of tomato and a cup full of ground beef. Not good at all very disappointed!!!

Absolutely delicious today! The shredded beef enchiladas are definitely the best in town, no question about it. I'm pleased to see they've increased the size of the appetizer chips; it's a fantastic value for the price.

RosaLindas is my favorite Mexican restaurant! I particularly enjoy the burrito compuestas and the albondigas. They are consistently delicious... every single time!

Before I even got to my chimichanga, let me just say that these were the BeST chips Ive had in a very long time!!! Perfect! I mixed my pico, guac and some sour cream and made a bomb dip. Now, my beans were off the hook and the Chimi Chunga was perfect.  The only thing is I got full so quickly I wasnt able to finish it off, but I guess Ill have dinner tonight. And the delivery was fast as well without the food being compromised at all.  Very happy and I will be ordering again.
