Great customer service! I went in 3 minutes before closing and Vincent and Kenny made my drinks with a smile!

I really like Earl Grey tea. The fact that they have it here, and I can get it with boba, and can customize the level of sweetness is awesome. The shop usually has cool scenery playing on the monitors, but for the last couple of visits, the screens were black. In fact, this has only been the Clovis location. During this visit, I tried something new. Although it wasn 't much of a stretch. Black tea with peaches has the peaches pureed. This gives the whole drink a decidedly peach flavor. The tea itself is on the strong side. I opted for half sweet on my drinks, and that was plenty for me. I like the taste of black iced tea, so this was a great balance for me. My kid got a strawberry fruit tea. It has boba and pudding in the mix. He couldn 't stop raving about it. The people who work in all the locations are extremely friendly and helpful. They know the menu and act as consultants who can help you through the massive menu options. What separates RareTea from many other boba shops are the friendly staff and the sweetness options. Many other boba shops hire the wrong people and/or have a machine that does most of the drink mixing. This prevents them from adjusting the sweetness.

I've been meaning to leave a review for awhile, but I haven't gotten around to it! Rare Tea has been my go to boba for the past year! I always get a jasmine milk tea with boba, and it's so delicious! The employees are so kind, especially the girls! They're always so welcoming and sweet, exactly what you want to be greeted with! : The only downside is the consistency of the drinks is usually off. I'm sure it's because different people make my drink each time, but sometimes it's super off which is odd. Regardless, I still drink it! Definitely will continue to get my boba from here.

I'm not sure what makes their Strawberry Milk Tea (this one comes blended) so good, but it's liquid crack. Add boba? I'm in heaven. Like most boba places you can also adjust the sweetness level. A little pricey, but what isn't these days. Their drink menu isn't as huge as my favorite place, but there's enough variety to find something and the drinks and boba are always good.

The taro here is the best! It's not super sweet like other places, and the vibe inside is perfect for a date or hangout spot.
