Mcdonald's - Clovis

The owners instruct the staff to promptly bring customers to the counter to take their order. I was the only customer there and my meal was served quickly. That's all.

I was very impressed with the service and overall experience at this McDonald's. They were proud to serve my family and me.

The staff at this restaurant did not all wear their masks correctly. The woman who took my order did not wear one at all. However, the service was still good.

In the morning, breakfast and almost missed, but ringed by the manager himself and pay out our order. The food was great and the coffee was fresh. When it was finished, she brought us with exceptional table service. If you're on Mabry Street in the morning, it's really close to a few motels and you won't be disappointed. There were a variety of family types and sizes and younger children as well and there were just about these McDonald's that will visit me again.

We work near these McDonald’s, so it’s usually our for lunch most days. Every time we're here, the food and service is on top and they always get our food fresh and fast! Today, one of her employees, Marissa, went beyond and beyond to make sure we were happy. As someone who worked in food for years, I know that mistakes/adults happen from time to time and there is not much you can do, but to handle it the best you can. When I brought our thing to Marissa, I let her know that it was okay and that I like a small cup for a sprite and she apologised and gave me a cup, but then surprised me with a refund that I did not demand. This is QUALITY customer service! I am so grateful for her kindness and how much she took care of. She is great!!! Thank you. This is the BEST McDonald's in town.
