Five Guys Burgers Fries - Clovis

I ordered the small bacon cheeseburger with regular fries. I also got an Oreo milkshake, which is always delicious.

The Cheeseburger was tasty, but it was way too expensive for the portion size. I wish the burger was bigger. The Kosher Style Hot Dog was disappointingly small – it was more like a $3-$4 hotdog, but it cost $10! I was embarrassed to give it to my husband. For the price, I would recommend skipping this place and finding better value elsewhere. We spent $30 on two items that were not worth it, and it felt like a rip off. Maybe they should consider increasing the portion sizes, especially for the hotdogs. Everything tasted good, but we will not be returning.

Typically, everything is excellent at this restaurant. It may be expensive, but it's worth treating yourself occasionally for the quality of the food. However, this time the fries were either overcooked or very old by the time I received them. They were extremely stale and overly salted. I had to shake off the excess salt on each fry. It was disappointing, especially since I enjoy their Large Fries despite the high price. On the bright side, my Bacon Cheeseburger was delicious.

Hamburger was less than appetizing. Expect so much better from FiveGuys because they are so much more expensive. Completely flat soggy bun a piece of wilted lettuce.
