Chipotle Mexican Grill - Clovis

One of my favorite Chipotle locations. They're always super fast, but even during the busiest times they're NEVER rude. You also get a great portion size, which is hard to find at Chipotle these days. I wish I would have gotten her name, but I love the young girl with glasses who wears her hair in a braid. She's super sweet.

This is the worst Chipotle I've gone too I went at 10 pm after the gym and the rice and meat were clearly old. No white rice available and the customers were having inappropriate conversations in front of me. I've have multiple negative experiences here specifically.

This is by far the worst Chipotle place I have been to! When we walked in, I can already tell by looking at the dirty vacant tables and there's hardly any patrons in the restaurant. The employees were not even busy, yet, they can't even clean up the tables with crumbs and empty plates. We had to wipe down the table we used since not a single empty table was clean. The trash cans were overflowing and there's nothing clean about this place. If I walk into a restaurant and this is what I see, I will turn around and walk away, however, my husband and I were guests and we just went with the flow. I ordered a burrito and the beef was dry and tough. Needless to say, I took a couple of bites and took my time to chew and eventually swallowed. It was awful and will never be back at this location!

I have found hair in my food TWO TIMES here. I have called the customer service attempted the customer service option on the app but nothing ever gets done. DISGUSTINGGGGGGGGGGG ??????????
