It was; I could tell just by looking at the storefront. When I eat a burger at any restaurant I always order the basic hamburger with whatever fixings come with it. The basic burger here was the Bobo Cheeseburger, which came with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mayo, mustard, ketchup, and choice of cheese. My choice is always no cheese, and that was how I ordered it, along with fries and a fountain root beer. I took one bite and knew I had bitten into a great burger. The flavor profile of the patty and all the fixings was a 10 on a 10-scale. The fries looked and tasted like fresh cut potatoes, and were also a 10 on a 10-scale. My wife had a green salad with chicken, which she said was excellent.
Stopped on our San Francisco to Mendocino road trip with the kids. Food was great and reasonably priced $40 for 2 adults 4 small kids), they threw in lollipops for the kids which was thoughtful. Bathroom was clean as was outdoor dining area. Staff were friendly and prompt.
Great spot. After a local 3 mile hike with the fam this was great. Burgers and Root beer, you can't go wrong. We all had a variation of a Cheeseburger and everyone chowed down. I had the Bacon Blue burger and it was legit. Kids meals came with a drink and fries so I figured a Med fry for remaining three of us would be good... A med is huge and the kids fries were decent..we had a lot of fries! The only reason it's not five stars.. the ordering process is slow.. he was hand writing our order ticket and didn't know the menu...so he had to look everything up. The wait for the food was about 10 min, so not to bad for fresh made..! Worth stopping at.
Best burger in Coverdale. Would rate five stars if the burgers were a 1/2 pound instead of 7oz…
Burgers were as good as expected, chocolate shake even better
