McDonald's - Cloverdale

The service was excellent, the food was fresh and very good will continue to this. The lady waiting for me was very polite, they were pretty busy and she waited for me along with four other customers waiting for their food and being honest, she got everything done really fast and was very apologetic to go away to take my order to help them what was good with me she was shorthanded and very busy.

I do not recommend the “new” chicken nuggets. They taste terrible! I got some and when I came home and tried to taste them old and stale. So I went back and told them they were bad and not edible. The employee gave me a fresh batch and a few free cakes. He then told me that they recently changed the Nugget recipe and maybe that's why they didn't taste good. He was right. So they were not old and stale, but the new batch also tasted rough. The employee was very friendly and nice about the situation. He deserves an increase and these new nuggets have to go right into the garbage.

As far as McDonalds goes this one has always been pretty goodIt by far tops the other fast food places in Troutville and Daleville.

This is my favorite McDonalds locationMy food is always hot and excellent, and the one mocha frappe I tried from there was absolutely delicious.

Outside is old but inside is updated and clean with flat screen tv and cable, staff is friendly and food quality meets expectation
