Lou's Diner - Cloverdale

We had an amazing experience at Lou's Diner! On our way back to Pennsylvania from Missouri, we stopped in and found the place bustling with customers. Despite the crowd, our waitress was attentive and provided excellent service to us and everyone else. The food was fantastic; it all tasted homemade. We enjoyed the Saturday special, which was chicken and ribs, while our boys had steak and spaghetti with meatballs. For dessert, we indulged in coconut cream pie, peach pie, and carrot cake, all of which were delightful. To top it off, the staff even had everyone sing happy birthday to my husband. It was a wonderful experience! Everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend this place!

The food here is incredibly tasty and has a charming home-cooked feel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The prices are very reasonable, too. Don't let the exterior throw you off; the entrance is actually located away from the street, and the interior is much nicer than it seems at first. While it’s not a fancy restaurant, it offers a clean environment with great food, wonderful people, and attentive service. It's a cozy place without any pretentiousness, making it a delightful spot to enjoy both the food and the company.

The food here is exceptional, and the atmosphere is both cozy and welcoming! The staff are incredibly friendly, and I’ve never had a disappointing meal. The service is outstanding. A big shout-out to Lou’s for creating such a wonderful dining experience in Cloverdale!

I've been a bartender for 5 years, and I only wish that we could provide the service we received here..... I brought my kids to have dinner, traveling back to Nebraska, we got drinks, my one kid got a kids meal, other kid got the daily special, and I got the half spaghetti.... our bill was only $23.... I spend more than that at any fast food I go to. The food was absolutely delicious... AND SO AFFORDABLE! Which makes it better because I could tip the server more! Who was also amazing. Everyone was so friendly.. clean areas and bathrooms.... I wish we had something like this closer to where we live! Keep up the great work!

We were staying at Lieber and got recommended this place. Excellent home cooked food.
