Supermac's - Clonmel

On more than one occasion, they got my drive-through order wrong

Wonderful to have supermacs in tipperary town it's definitely top of the takeaway list the pizza is the nicest around

I was here on Friday was waiting over 30 minutes for a mighty mac meal. Was told by staff at counter it would only take 15 minutes. I know they were busy that day with bus load of school kids. Seems to be a on going issue with the company not just clonmel one in North main street Cork kilkenny and Waterford. They seem unorganised forgetting customers orders where i have to remind staff about it. In clonmel i was passed by a few times staff even cleaning the table next to me without saying a word despite the sign on my table. I got no apology for their mistake. At least in Cork City they offered me a free ice cream with the apology for staff forgetting my order and Waterford gave me free cookies with a apology. Alot of the staff here look like college students who never had a job and lack basic customer service. I really hope this customer service improves next time i show up and maybe they can offer me a gift like a santa clause cup as a apology for poor service. The food is nice bit disappointed with the presentation of the mighty mac it looked very flat.

Ran in for quick bit of food,, manager was training new staff member with great attention to detail, made my order an easy and pleasant experience,, 7.5 oz burger I went with and it was top class

Not much to say as it is what it is. Fast food and nothing more. Ordered chicken box meal. Plenty of chips and chicken, but unfortunately, I didn't think the chicken very tasty and flavoursome.
