Our room was on the third floor. Small window facing a wall. Very poor quality bed linen and poor sound proofing. Staff were lovely and it is in the center of town. Good to have parking. Good choice on breakfast menu and everything freshly cooked.
Found the staff very unhelpful when it came to dietary issues. It was a case of work it out yourself when it came to asking questions. Both the girl serving and the chef when she went back to ask questions. Didn't stay even though we had ordered drinks. I don't take chances with my health. Wouldn't bother going back either.
Top notch place for carvery every lunchtime, great quality food and very efficient staff. Highly recommend this place daytime or evening.
Overpriced and over rated ! Cleanliness fine comfort ok . Numerous steps of stairs and no lift . Kettle cups coffee and NO spoon had to use my toothbrush 150 es for the night plus 30 next morning for breakfast . Lacked atmosphere very lil if any welcome we were disappointed . Have family in clonmel and will be revisiting but won't stay in Mulcahys.
