I understand that running a restaurant is a tough business. However, that doesn't change the fact that our other jobs are challenging as well. Unfortunately, this was the worst food presentation and preparation I've ever encountered. They simply dumped the food into a box and sent it out. The rice was disproportionately larger than the other items listed on the menu, just piled on top to create the illusion of larger portions. I barely saw four pieces of pickle and only three strands of chicken. The only reason I gave them a second star is that my little brother somehow liked the shawarma, even though it looked like a mushy ball. I feel I spent way too much money for what I believe was a disappointing quantity and quality of food.

We had a wonderful time during our visit! The food was expertly prepared and served by friendly, knowledgeable staff. The owner was present and stopped by our table several times to ensure we were having a great experience. I ordered the gyro and was thrilled to find my favorite fast food item transformed into a truly gourmet dish. It was packed with flavor and offered a delightful mix of unique condiments and textures. The owner also recommended we try the Turkish coffee, and despite the hot summer afternoon, I absolutely loved this delicious drink that was new to me. I'm excited to return and explore more of this fantastic menu!

We visited Gazali's last year around Christmas on a Saturday for lunch, and we found it to be overrated. The food was just okay, not exceptional at all. To top it off, the prices were shockingly high, and the portion sizes didn't justify the expense. We tried the Dolma, Falafel Rice Bowl, Falafel Wrap, Hummus, Falafel Ball, and some extra veggies. Unfortunately, the Falafel Ball was undercooked, so we asked for a replacement. As vegetarians, we were disappointed by the limited vegetable options in our dishes. When we requested extra veggies, we were served a few slices of carrots and celery for a staggering $9. I could have bought four times that amount at Walmart! To make matters worse, our bill for just the two of us came to $85, and we were still hungry afterward. We ended up having to go to another restaurant to fill up. We've had much better Mediterranean food at far more reasonable prices at other places. It’s no surprise to hear that this restaurant is facing closure due to low business. MJ, if you’re reading this, you definitely need to revamp your strategy for the new location.

We tried them for the first time last night. Excellent Mediterranean cuisine with a relaxing atmosphere. The classic easy listening music is a nice touch. Service was very attentive and personalized. We will return.
