Big John Steak Onion - Clio

I feel like an idiot for thanking the drive thru cashier saying this is my favorite big johns you guys always get my order right . Coincidentally this is the first time they got my sandwich wrong. I ordered a Philly chicken with only onion mayo and cheese. After I pulled away and parked I could smell the Italian dressing which I am a child and hate that stuff. I was mad but mostly because I had jinxed myself for thanking them for always being right. I went back through the drive thru and had a different lady take my sandwich back and she wrote down, only mayo cheese and onions. Tell me why the new sandwich I got is cold, half the amount of chicken and still covered in Italian dressing like they just opened up a new bun and scraped it in there. I 'm pissed and won 't come back to this location. Not that it makes a difference to them but still. I wouldn 't leave a bad review is they just accidentally messed up my sandwich. I 'm leaving a bad review because the remake was even worse than the first one. That 's unbelievablely petty. I wasn 't even rude when I pulled back through.

The staff was outstanding here. The order had a few quirks, yet they nailed it!

Little too much grease buns are wet! Not nicely prepared all over the place

Let's start with the service. The people here are super. They were friendly, courteous, and quick. Now about this steak sub. Let me just say we have enjoyed many of these sandwiches all across the country and none are any better than Big Johns!
