Panera Bread - Clinton Township

I ordered two "Pick Two" meals, both of which included Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwiches—one of them modified—and both were supposed to come with soup. The soup was decent and warm, but both sandwiches were incorrect. The modified sandwich was supposed to have no red onion, but instead, it was missing the crispy onions and BBQ sauce entirely, and it came with a tiny portion of leftover chicken that I could have fed to my cat. The regular Smokehouse sandwich contained just one shred of chicken! Honestly, a four-piece nugget from McDonald's has more chicken than these sandwiches. There’s a reason the other Hall Road location is always bustling, and it’s not just luck.

I visited the drive-thru on Tuesday morning, November 14th. The woman at the drive-thru window was quite rude and condescending. I've always had much better experiences on my previous visits. I'm not sure if she is new, but I've never encountered any problems with the other staff members.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered three salads: two chicken Caesar and one Cobb. However, what I actually received was one Caesar salad without any chicken, a Fig apple salad, and a bowl of lettuce with avocado, feta, olives, and an egg, but no dressing at all. None of the items were what I had ordered. Additionally, there was no bread included with my order, and the receipt wasn't attached to the bag. When I called to resolve the issue, I was hung up on twice. I tried calling back during the hours specified in their voicemail, but my call went unanswered.

They don't show prices on their menu and the receipt doesn't show itemized prices either. $40 later. Everything is so expensive.

Place wasn't busy. Stood at the register for 10 mins while the employees glanced at me. Not a single person said anything to me. Ended up leaving without ever getting spoken to.
