Domino's Pizza - Clinton Township

So I’m still waiting on my new pizza. Y’all messed up the first time and now not answering the phone tomorrow I will be coming up there for my refund. No store credit. I want my money back

Katie made my pizza. I come to find out my 50% app discount wasn 't applied. So I told her I couldn 't afford it and apologized, she said okay and continues to throw an ENTIRE PIZZA IN THE TRASH, instead of just offering it for free. I would understand if they atleast ate it, but no, it was important for her to toss it hard in the trash right in front of me. Wasting food is pathetic behavior, DO NOT go to this location. Moron.

This place is trash ordered a bbq pizza I and asked for extra sauce! When I called and complained he tried pulling up the order and tried to tell me that’s not what I ordered. He said I only order a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread even though I was staring right at the bbq pizza. They gave me cheese veggies with no sauce. I’ll stick to the mom and pops pizza spots. These chain spots are terrible now!!!!!! Waste of money!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. While tracking my order it has shown as delivered when we never received it. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Katie. On my first call she said they never received the order and hung up on me!! When I called again she said I put in wrong address and driver delivered, when I asked her the address they had- it was my correct address and clearly had not been delivered. I asked her if they were going to correct it and send my nearly $50 order and she proceeded to tell me No, it wasn 't her problem and she will cancel my order. When I told her we had been waiting an hour for the order and just wanted it filled she said not her problem and when I said I would contact corporate said Go Ahead . I was in the food service industry for over 20 years, have been General Manager of my own stores- to see this level of rudeness and unprofessionalism from management is unbelievable!! I never leave reviews, and understand how difficult the industry is, but this level of contempt for customers, AMAZED this location is in business!!

Horrible customer service Katie the manager is a horrible person and has no idea how to conduct professional business. Will never order from here again.
