Buffalo Wild Wings Clinton Township

We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 PM and didn’t receive our food until around 8:15 PM. The fries were cold, and the boneless wings were the size of popcorn chicken and also cold. We were informed that we wouldn’t receive any discount on the bill because the kitchen was backed up. Our waitress didn’t check on us, and we had to keep calling her over to get her attention. Overall, it was the worst dining experience I've ever had.

The order was incorrect, and part of it never made it to our table. Additionally, we didn't receive any follow-up from the service staff to check on us.

We were seated quickly and our server was nice. However, someone took our appetizers to the wrong table so they had to reamake them. When they came out they were good. Unfortunately, our entrees took another 20 minutes to come out. My son's chicken and fries was cold to the touch. My boneless wings were cold. Seemed like everything had been sitting for some time.

The food was outstanding, but our waitress really made the experience exceptional. We'll definitely be returning soon!

Overall, this was the worst dining experience I've ever had.
