Big Boy - Clinton Township

My food was horrible.....ordered chic Caesar wrap.....wrap was hard and lacked flavor.....no dressing included and fries were cold...sent back and ordered big boy..... they didn't put cheese or sauce on...... fries were cold then too..... fudge cake with icecream was good though

Went there yesterday for supper, they gave us raw food. My wife and my daughter and I all got sick multiple times right after we left. I’ve got my lawyer involved, because they don’t wanna give me my refund. I’ll NEVER be going back there. Everyone this may concern, if yall go eat there, check your food!

Alyssa is an absolute delight. My grandma was having a very difficult day today and Alyssa made her smile and feel so much better solely from her just being so caring and sweet and fun. Can’t say enough good things about her.

For one of the top Big Boy's in the country, they've really gone downhill in service food. It was Independence Day we were happy they were open, so we could meet a friend from out of state. Our server was attentive nice. Another server must've been hard of hearing bc she literally was yelling at her table, taking their food orders. I frequent this place every couple of months to meet up with friends. Like many facilities, they need more staff. Otherwise, it's a decent place.
