I proceeded to pay for my order at the register and asked to speak to the manager. He was understanding and apologized for the situation. As I was voicing my complaint, one of the owners intervened and attempted to apologize, but it was clear that she was not sincere. A younger employee tried to diffuse the situation as she could sense my disappointment. If the owner continues to behave in this manner, the corporation should reconsider allowing them to represent their brand, as they are tarnishing its reputation. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. It's unfortunate that such a negative experience has impacted my perception of the establishment.

The staff at this restaurant are very polite and respectful. Everyone was wearing masks for safety, which made it a little difficult to hear at times, but I appreciated their commitment to keeping customers safe. I saw three employees wash their hands within 5 minutes of each other before resuming work - one even washed her hands before handling cash and then again before preparing food. Their dedication to cleanliness was evident. I would definitely return to this restaurant. Keep up the good work, B.R.M!
