Orders are incomplete and incorrect every time, the teenagers working always say the owner won 't let them do refunds or to fix orders, you get what you get, sorry . This is the third time my kids sandwiches are the wrong meat. Kids won 't eat it and Subway won 't fix it. Waste of money. Apparently they close at 9pm on Saturdays, not 10pm. Sign was wrong and nobody responded to me knocking at the door.
Store close at 10pm I got there at 9:20 you could see the workers inside sitting at the tables.
We have normally had a good experience here but we checked online to make sure they were open late because we had a lot of places to go. We show up at 9:15 and they are closed the online says 10 and the door hours say 10. Not even maybe a sign that says sorry due to anything we had to close early. Nice try but this is not good business.
Saturday night 7 pm and both the Roy and Clinton locations don't have enough meatballs for a 12 inch sandwich. 2 hours before close. What a joke
