My wife loves Marco's pizza. But the service seems to be dropping lately. My wife placed an order for pick up to be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at the location 29 minutes later. I informed the cashier I placed an order online asked if it was ready yet. The young cashier does not answer my question. She just stood there smiling stated she had to assist the other customers behind me. The young cashier did the same action to the other customers. It took another employee from the back (who was making the food) to double-check for all of our orders. So no one had to wait thirty-plus minutes past the order time. Newly hired employees are good but if they're going to just do one thing not do what their job requires. That is very lazy bad customer service.
I ordered a pizza for delivery tonight, but when I called to inquire about it, I was told it had been delivered 15 minutes before my call. However, I never heard the doorbell, and when I opened the box, it was full of ants. I immediately disposed of the pizza and contacted the store, but the manager demanded pictures of the ants, which I couldn't provide as I had thrown the pizza away. Despite being a repeat customer, I won't return to this store.

This place Marcos Pizza in Clinton MD have very poor customer service and is unsanitary. I placed an order online and when I arrived they told me that my order will be ready at best in 20 minutes. There are 7 orders in front of mines. I told them I could not wait and need to get back to work. I would like a refund. The cashier told the Manger and I over heard him said I had to wait and proceeded to make the pizza any way. After another 20 minutes of waiting I had to call another location to ask a manager to walk them through a refund. That’s when he finally gave me a refund. He also did not have gloves on, and no hair net for his long dreads. Now I’m 20 minutes late for work without lunch. Very poor customer service. I guess this is what we have to deal with due to employee work shortage
