I'm not typically someone who writes reviews, but I feel this situation needs to be highlighted. When we arrived, we noticed two employees outside in a truck smoking something that smelled like marijuana. We waited at the drive-thru speaker for at least four minutes after being asked for our order, and during that time, the two employees continued to smoke without addressing us. Eventually, we placed our order, but when we received our food, the Krystals were cold and appeared to have been carelessly thrown into the boxes. It was truly disappointing. Not only was the service lacking, but the food quality was also unacceptable, especially considering the employees smoking on the job.
