Jenny's Diner - Clinton

This restaurant is very popular and was quite busy during our visit, with most tables filled. Our waitress, Cassie, was incredibly friendly, quick, and efficient. The menu was extensive and prices were reasonable, so we were excited for our meal. Our food arrived promptly, but unfortunately, I was unaware that my top sirloin would be covered in cracked pepper, to which I am allergic. Despite my efforts to remove it, nearly half of the steak was inedible due to a thick vein of gristle running through it. My dining companion also found his chopped sirloin to be overly seasoned with pepper. The specials of the week looked enticing, and the cream of chicken soup was delicious. It was disappointing to have wasted food, but we still enjoyed our overall dining experience despite the unexpected issues with the meal.

My wife and I went to this restaurant for a pleasant dinner. However, while we were waiting for our food, a male employee changed the TV channel to what he wanted to watch and then proceeded to talk loudly on his phone, disrupting the atmosphere for all the customers. We found this behavior rude and disrespectful, so we have decided not to return to this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent, particularly the hash browns. I appreciate that they serve breakfast all day and stay open until 8pm, making it convenient for someone like me who enjoys breakfast for dinner. The staff is usually friendly and prompt with the bill, although there have been a few instances where service was a bit slow. On one occasion, my order had an extra ingredient that I didn't want, but my server noticed and quickly corrected the mistake. Overall, it's a great place to dine. The parking lot has one or two handicap spaces, but they can be difficult to spot.

Easter Sunday was buffet only after church, the buffet was very low on food I got scramble eggs , one biscuit and 2 very small pancakes as I am diabetic 22.00 way over priced my entire family was 201.99 with no other choice but the buffet..was very disappointed we have been coming ever Sunday and usually we get a choice what we order I feel you took advantage of Easter and way over charged for what we got..you may have lost a customer over this hope it was worth it to you
