Przekaż informację zwrotnąIt was a very long wait for pick up order. They were short on staff. We would try to call, but would get hung up on. The pizzas were good, but not cut properly.
It took an hour and a half before the delivery driver left with my family's order. When I called to see what was going on I was told twice that my order was on the way by the same person who called me a liar saying that I hadn't spoken to him. SMH. Afterthis experience I've decided not to eat in Any Restaurants in clinton Nc. And they want 15$ an hour
I called my order in. The woman who answered have me a price and asked me to pay by card upfront. She said I couldn't use cash . When I got to the store they didn't have my order. Not to mention the price I was asked to pay upfront was 20 dollars more thanthe price in the store.
This location has gone beyond downhill in the past few months. The only reason they still get orders is because they are the only pizza delivery in town. Tonight, I placed an order at 6:19. At 6:31, the online tracker said it was being qualitychecked . At 7:20, I called to see what the issue was and the kid who answered the phone just said I don 't know . When Iasked who did, he said, I don 't know . I asked for a manager and he hung up on me. I immediately got an email that my orderwas canceled. I called back and asked for a manager and the person kept asking me why, but would not let me speak with anyone.
This place has really gone down hill. The food does not taste as good as it used to. Tonight I was told it would take 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my food. Two hours later I still didn?t have it. I called and they said it was sitting in the store. I toldthem to cancel my order and refund my card. Spoke to the manager who acted like he really didn?t care about my dissatisfaction.Then after telling them to cancel my order it shows up at my door. Needless to say I sent it back!!! Worst experience ever!!!
