Additionally, the burger itself had numerous small hard bits in it that were tough on my teeth—almost like cartilage. Typically, I prefer to eat burgers from nicer establishments because I generally associate diners with frozen patties that also contain similar issues. Although this burger didn’t appear to be frozen, it still had many of those little hard bits, leading me to conclude that I wouldn’t consider ordering a burger here again. I should mention that I’m quite particular about food because of a medical condition, but I genuinely believe that using high-quality ground beef is essential. As for the fries, I wasn’t a fan of the seasoning on them, and I found it hard to taste the wasabi when paired with the goat cheese dip or to savor the chipotle dip given the heavy seasoning. However, the idea of having various dipping sauces for the fries is fantastic! I thought it would be lovely if they offered a sweet fry option, perhaps with cinnamon and sugar, that could be dipped in the fig sauce or goat cheese. That sounds delicious! I must commend the waitress for her exceptional service—she was kind and attentive. I did have to send my burger back initially because it arrived with only cheese and a few onions on top, but the staff handled it promptly.
