Let me say first, if I could not give stars, I would!! I and my family celebration of 5 decided to stop for dinner for my men's birthday. We sat and waited for 20 minutes without confirmation from a waiter or employee. Everyone went past our table without asking if we wanted to drink something to start. We asked for a manager. I said his name was? Boo? So he's coming over, we're pressing our problem that he was so passive as if we weren't supposed to be upset. No excuse for our time offered no discount, nothing at all. He then said it was really busy and said he would let our order go. It was not so busy that other waiters doubled to make sure other mosquitoes were good. At this point and from seeing how we were treated, my husband did not want to stay. And even 5 paying customers running out of the company did not care a bit about the management. Your all very rude can use real business label classes. I will not recommend or return to this facility.

I didn't come too long before I close what I know is down before closing, but I managed to get an order and didn't get the lobster Mac and cheese and it was OUTSTANDING. So tasteful! That would come back! All right!

The food here is great! Had the #5 Kombi 3 different crabs and it was delicious! Definitely recommend?

This place has great quality and quantity with there food. The food is fresh, super taste and friendly atmosphere. If mistakes are made, they do not have a problem to fix the bug, or to restore food. I was at many sea treasures and the best by far!

Very disappointing. I?ve visited the Shaking Crab in Nanuet and it was a very good experience. Unfortunately the service and food is not consistent. My partner and I couldn?t even finish our food and after waiting 15 mins to speak with a ?manager? (which is a lifetime when you?re ready to go and hungry) her concern was more about keeping our money than satisfying or righting the situation. This food was just down right disgusting. The service was delayed and the ?solution? from management was enough to make me sign off from ever visiting the other locations.
