Los Jilbertos Mexican Fast Food

The food was disappointing, and the staff taking orders lacked customer service skills. The service was slow, and they struggled to get our order right despite our patience and kindness. When we noticed that we didn't receive everything we ordered, they insisted we were mistaken, even though the bag was knotted. We had ordered a #1 and a #2 combination and a tostado, but they just couldn't understand how to add an additional item to the combos. This was not our first attempt to enjoy this Mexican fast food spot, and it seems they may not be improving.

I was visiting family in town, and they recommended El J's. I ordered enough food to serve eight people. However, my taco salad ended up being more like taco soup. I spent $100 to feed the family, and I won't be making that choice again.

I highly recommend getting four adobada tacos, as they come packed with plenty of meat! This is my go-to spot for a quick and delicious meal. The cost is very reasonable for the quality you get. Just a heads up—three-quarters of the sauces at the buffet are extremely spicy, but the green, slimy one is my favorite!

So I'm disappointed, so much so this has taken me two weeks to write. I've been coming to this restaurant sense it open. Love the owner! This is my family's go to place! I have always given a five star ???? But I'm so disappointed that the the food we got was not correct and less then I have ever gotten. But what really got me is they gave me like a taco that I'd get at tacobell !!! GROSS !!!! I'm sorry my friend if I oder tacos I want corn tortillas just like you

We heard it was good! But worst we've ever had. The atmosphere wasn't appealing. We ordered chimichanga's. One beef and one beans and cheese combos. We received two bean and cheese. Not that great. We ended up throwing them both out. Won't be back!
