There wasn't much of a smokey flavor and it was very acidic, after a few forkfuls I stoped eating it because it reminded me of vomit. I'm sure that isn't always the case it's probably just a bad batch but I wouldn't risk getting it again.
Excellent food and service!Surf and Turf taco was so delicious and the brisket dumplings were amazing! I’ve never had dumpling like that before! Can’t wait to go back and try other options !
Don’t get all excited about this place. The ribs may look good but they are chewy and they don’t fall off the bone. The staff can’t even put a simple order together without forgetting items. Extremely rude staff and you can tell they don’t want to be there. There are so many other places to eat in the area I would never both going here again. The food is way overpriced. It’s a huge disappointment and not good at all. Save your money and eat elsewhere. For $50 you get barley any food and will still be hungry. I do not recommend at all. It was gross and dirty feeling inside also. This place seems it will be just a pop up restaurant and close down once everyone realizes how terrible it really is.
Found this place randomly. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We were a little surprised by the price, until we actually got the food.I don't think I've ever had a better Brisket, and I grew up in the South. Well worth it.
I took a drive with no particular place to go. It was a sunny day, I was hungry and the BBQ gods smiled on me.The deities led me to Rollin ' Smoke Hand-crafted BBQ.For lunch, I had The Taylor, or choice of 2 meats and one side, with a small piece of corn bread for $19. I ordered the brisket and St. Louis ribs. The barbeque gods were smiling that that day. The brisket was moist and flavorful. Seasonings were on point, allowing the taste of the meat to shine through. The moist brisket was near perfect, but the flat was a bit dry. That being said, this brisket was one of the best I 've had in a long, long time. The 3 St. Louis ribs were cooked to near perfection. Lightly glazed, moist and tender, with just enough pull to hold the meat to the bone where required and release just the meat pulled off by your teeth. The beans restored my faith in smoked beans north of the Harlem River; straight forward and with just enough heat to be noticeable and build with each fork full.A small smattering of pickled red onions are dropped on the tray. Eat them! Lightly pickled, they still had a nice onion flavor and bite.Rollin ' Smoke offered a few different sauces, but none were necessary. The BBQ gods are living very happily in Half Moon. Who knew?Kid-friendliness: It 's a family place!
