Picnic Garden - CLIFTON PARK

I had the worst experience at this BBQ restaurant. I can't believe a Korean restaurant would serve without garlic! On top of that, the service was terrible; the server acted like they didn't care at all.

I absolutely adore this place! I've been coming to this KBBQ since I was a little girl. They originally had a location a few streets away but have since moved to a more modern and spacious venue. If you pay with cash, you'll get a better deal. I promise you won't be disappointed! You get 90 minutes of all-you-can-eat, and all the food is fresh. If you're a fan of all-you-can-eat or KBBQ, this is definitely the place to be. Just a heads up: for kids, even though the age limit is 13, they also take height into account. So if a child is 5 feet tall, they'll be charged adult prices.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of meat dishes for dinner, accompanied by plenty of side options. The staff members were friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant dining experience. However, my main concern was the cleanliness of the establishment. It seemed that deep cleaning was not regularly done, and this was quite noticeable. Towards the back, near the restrooms, I saw an area where workers were located, and I suspect it leads to the kitchen. I found it a bit off-putting to see bags of vegetables and fruits on the floor. In my opinion, having food on the floor—especially so close to the restrooms—doesn't create a welcoming atmosphere. If they store food in such a manner near the dining area, I can only imagine how it looks in the back where customers aren’t allowed. This is not something I want to encounter as a patron.

Good food. bad choice of signage font. since 25 years went to the picnic garden (started when they were still at their old location). always consistent, always good. probably the best quality / taste meat from all Korean bbq ayce places in the opposite (the meat at other places tends to grill, but it is always delicious and juicy here).

0 star for terrible service. we come here all the time and never experienced such an rude customer service as tonight. Usually the server is polite and attentive. check the tables, cut the calbi and turn off the hot plates. but tonight we didn't get a service. every time we needed something, we had to get up and throw someone down. the lady who seems to be managerin was the most rude. our review came to $90.00 plus 7.99 tax. I asked them if they had another discount when we paid cash. She said, just take $3 off. I asked her about a new scary and she practically caught me to take only 6 dollars for 2 adults and go away. I've been annoyed by her attitude. then she comes back and hits a new jack $84.00 plus 7.99 tax. when we got up to pay, my man noticed that despite the subtotal, the tax was still 6 dollars less. I turned around to ask the dame why this is, and she screams like that. I looked at her and finally had it. I told her how rude she is, and it's like she wouldn't give a f@$k, and goes away from me. We went forward to talk to the guy in the register, and he just looked away and didn't care. we told him that there is no tipp because the service was absolutely terrible and he just scrubbed his shoulders and didn't give a ****. we are so disgusting of the nastiness of the staff. in any case would not come back.
