Moe's is not terrible, but it is not remarkable either. If they changed the name to Meh's, it wouldn't make much of a difference.

This is the dirtiest restaurant I have eaten at in years. It is absolutely filthy. The hanging lights are covered in dust, sitting on top of the grease that has clearly never been cleaned.

As we walked back to our car, we noticed two tables at Moe's with people dining without masks. Confused, I went back inside and asked if their policy had changed. A staff member informed me that those customers had ordered through the app and were allowed to dine in. I question the purpose of this rule. While it may seem like it is meant to protect staff, why not simply close the dining area and offer takeout and delivery only? Although I have used the app before, I do not recall any feature that screens for positive COVID-19 cases. Despite this experience, my family loves Moe's and we will continue to eat there rather than drive all the way to Latham. However, it is clear that this location needs better management.
