Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis restaurant is comically bad and Kylie Cruz has no business trying to run a restaurant. She has a nasty attitude and has made errors on orders I've placed in store and online. Last time I make the mistake of going to this location.
We ordered online for pick up for a family of 5. items were missing from the order and the burrito bowls we ordered were less than half filled compared to what you get in the store when you make it live with them. I don't recommend the online order and pick up at all. We paid 75 dollars for half the amount of food we expected.
This location continues to disappoint. For the last few months they have obviously been short staffed, who isn't? I understand but at least update website hours so I don't drive there and see a sign on the door. They also constantly run out of ingredients at like 6pm. Whoever is completing the food order needs to plan it out better. Yesterday I went there and ordered a burrito and a cup of queso with my chips. I drive home and realized I never even got chips with my cup of queso. What else do I find in my surprise chipotle bag?.. Another burrito that fell apart after one bite. I was having a chicken salad last night with my queso in the trash. This location needs to figure itself out. Wrapping a burrito is crucial to chipotle.
Unbelievable bad server from Hannah. Ordered 2 burritos. Very skimpy on the ingredients. Second burrito didn 't even have the ends tucked in. Asked it to be redone and apparently Hannah was triggered and tryed to tell me she would only sell me the one burrito. Worst customer service I 've ever seen
Chipotle has always been a go-to for me. Quality and delicious food has always been the usual. However, in the last few months I 've noticed some downhill trends. Smaller portions, and even smaller ones when ordering online is one of my bigger issues. Today, at this location, my rice was super undercooked. Hoping they can turn this around :
