We love going there with our grandson for a meal and ice cream. It's a quiet and peaceful place.

Why close off a section two hours before closing time? If that’s the policy, employees should at least be courteous when asked to reopen it, especially since many customers come in around the same time and there’s no other place to sit. This was the second time we encountered this issue; during our previous visit, we inquired about sitting in the blocked-off area, and the response was, “I guess so,” even though it had already been cleaned. The owner of this Dairy Queen in Clifton Forge, VA, really needs to provide customer service training to their employees. If there are cameras in the establishment, I suggest reviewing the footage around 7:45 PM on October 8, 2022, to witness how your staff interacts with paying customers.

The food was good . But very hot when I bit into hotdog. Service was wonderful. Friendly.

I had expected a spicy chicken sandwich to be made with a patty, not separate chicken strips drenched in extremely spicy sauce. Please improve!

I've had far too many negative experiences at this restaurant. Over the past two months, my orders have been incorrect at least six times, and I've visited about 10 to 15 times during that period. The chances of receiving the wrong food are quite high. Today was the last straw for me. I ordered a medium ultimate cookie but received a small instead, which has happened frequently. Be prepared to feel like you're being taken advantage of.
