Papa Johns Pizza - Cliffside Park

The gentleman that made my order tonight made it so righteous. I actually changed my negative review to a full 5 stars. Losing someone like him will affect your bottom line. Rock on.

So disappointed with my last experience. I actually started going here for our pizza by recommendation. I only purchased pizza here 4 times but that?s all it took. First 2 times there were no problems. The 3rd time I placed an order for pick up which theytold me they would have ready in 20 mins. I got there in 20 mins and one of the guys tells me ?oh sorry we haven?t started withthe order yet and says can you wait 15 mins?. He was very nice and I said ok and went back to my car then returned to get mypizza and went home with my order. My last order I placed over the phone for pick up, I was told again it would be ready in 20mins. I go there with my friend to pick up and one of the guys tells me they cancelled my order. I said why would you do that ifI didn?t request to cancel the order. He says you were flagged because you cancelled your previous order. I tell him Ive onlyordered from there 4 times and never cancelled an order. I asked him couldn?t you to the least have called me to tell me youwere cancelling my order ????He tells me they can have it done in 15mins. So again, I?m waiting longer for what should?ve beendone already. When I go to pay for the order the guy gets really snooty and then they ended up giving me a smaller pie than whatI ordered. Totally done with this place. Horrible service.

I ordered online and accidentally sent it to the wrong address due to automatic check out prefilled out with previous order information on my phone. I called the place and asked if I could get it re-delivered to the correct address or if I could gopick it up. The manager and the driver didn?t even try to listen to what I had to say and said, ?you don?t even know where youlive? I can?t deliver it to your place nor can you get a refund? and just hung up. I tried to call them again and they neverpicked up. I tried to go see if they left my order at the wrong address they sent my order to but the driver took it back. Noone?s answering my calls anymore and this is not how customer service should be. I?m not even mad at the fact that I never gotmy food but mad at how they handled things. Will definitely bring this up to Papa John?s headquarters or even consider talkingto my lawyer about how they treat their customers. Very disappointed.

They delivered my pie to someone else?. They didn?t even offer to fix it and give me a new pie only to tell me it?s the same price as what I ordered. It?s not what I asked for!! Staff is rude. This place used to be my favorite late night pizza place butsince a few years ago it really went down hill with service/quality everything. So disappointing

I prefer papa Johns out of all the fast food pizza places Pizza Hut is the worst. And this papa johns is fine, can't think of a bad thing to say. Been ordering from here for years and it's always reliable. Pretty quick delivery too. Unlike Cliffsidedominos.
