We tested the training restaurant Le Charles at the Luxury Hoteschool in Clichy. The welcome is welcoming. The setting is nicely decorated and chic. In terms of cooking, it’s flawless. Flavor, accuracy of cooking, beautiful presentation. Well done to the kitchen team. The service is provided by school students under the supervision of a manager. It is attentive, diligent and professional. There are a few small details of imperfection spotted and immediately rectified by the manager. And that’s the goal of training... All our encouragement to these young people in their studies. It 's a shame that the opening period is ending shortly, but we 'll come back to it in October.
