I typically order the pho with vegan broth and tofu, and I also get an extra side of vegan broth to go for an additional $5. The tofu absorbs a lot of the broth, so I usually divide it between the two containers for leftovers.
I ordered the A1 Crispy Rolls with sweet chili sauce and the P6 Pho Rau Cai, which is made with rice noodles in a delicious vegetarian broth topped with a variety of vegetables. The dish came with a platter of bean sprouts, fresh basil, lime wedges, and sliced jalapeño so you can customize your soup to your liking. They also provide Sriracha and hoisin sauces on the table. The restaurant also offers pho with tofu, but it doesn't come with as many vegetables. I look forward to trying it next time though. The food was excellent and really satisfied my craving for pho. This was the only pho restaurant open on Sundays too.
Ordered a1, crispy rolls served with sweet chili sauce, and p6, pho rau cai, which consists of rice noodles in a delicious vegetarian broth embroidered with a full of vegetables. a plate made of fruity, fresh basilikum, kalkkeil and cut jalapeño comes on the side, so that they like their suppe as they, jazz. sriracha and hoisins sauce on the table. They also have pho with tofu, but it has not so many sweet. I'm glad to try next time. eating was excellent, really satisfied my pho demand. it was also the only pho restaurant with Sunday hours.
I ordered from this restaurant through Doordash and it was not a good experience overall. The food tasted good, especially the broth for the noodle soup. However, I was concerned about the way they packed the rice noodles for the soup in a plastic sandwich bag. I questioned the safety of packing hot noodles in a plastic bag. The noodles were very dense and hard, like a brick. I tried to loosen them by letting them sit in the soup, but it didn't help much. I had to use chopsticks and a lot of patience to try and loosen the noodles, but there were still chunks and broken pieces. I will not order noodle soup to go from this place again as they do not pack it correctly. The Thai tea bubble tea I ordered came with a dome lid even though it wasn't a frozen drink, and the lid had an unsealed hole. They also didn't provide me with a bubble tea straw. The sauces for the appetizers came in tiny containers, making dipping difficult. In response to the restaurant's comment, I believe they should reconsider their packing method for noodles compared to other restaurants that use styrofoam bowls and have had better results.
July 2022: Stopped during the Conventry Festival. Had not had a good Pad Thai in a while and I figured to get the closest and best Pad Thai (with chicken) in the area. Pros: Clean restaurant with public restrooms for customers. Good food. I don't even know if the chef speaks English, but she sure can cook. I heard some Vietnamese and Thai being spoken in the kitchen area. IDK, but I felt like I was getting some real deal authentic Thai food. Cash and major credit cards are accepted. Not sure if they have Applepay. Friendly staff. Cons: None Conclusion: I will return to try the pho. It may be a good place to bring my fiancée, who is also a good Vietnamese chef.
