The wings were not fresh or jumbo. The meat was black and tasted off. The sauce was ok.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Each dish was a symphony of flavor. You can get a sauce with the chicken but it’s honestly so great in its own we didn’t use much of the sauce. Can’t wait to try more items on the menu!

KTC Kitchen Collective is amazing. Don't sleep on their pizza pop up kitchen, Boom Pizza, only available on Fridays! Each of their menus are superb and offer something for everyone under one roof. Everything they deliver out of their kitchen is fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Much of their menu is healthy, but still super satisfying. And they have plenty of comfort or more substantial options too. Their dishes are consistent and absolutely delectable. Cannot recommend this concept enough! Wouldn't expect anything else out of the Spice umbrella--I was so sad when Spice closed, but KTC has been a welcomed change.

Everything from KTC is top notch. What stands out most are the waffle fries, chicken thigh, tenders, salads and yakisoba noodles. Highly recommend if you're in the Detroit Shoreway/ Gordon Square area.

Very tasteful salad and perfectly baked potato. A great spot to stop at on your way to Edgewater. Looking forward to going back and trying more items on the menu!
