Katherine's Family - Cleveland

Restaurant smelled old and unclean... like mildew. Waitresses were nice and quickly competent. Food was about a 6 out of 10. According to my company... the woman's room smelled of sewage- very strongly. We won't be back.

We had an old lady serving our table and she was nasty to us. She couldn't wait to get us out of there we like to have our breakfast and talk afterwards a little bit and she said they had some people waiting ask us to leave. I'll never come back to this dump. on a brighter note Anna was running around making sure that everybody had coffee and she was very pleasant

Very nice diner, we took the grandkids for lunch. We had good service and the menu had a decent selection of breakfast and lunch, as well as kid options. Overall experience is, the staff was very professional and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I would recommend Katherine's Restaurant.
