Checkers Drive in Restaurant

This little place is run by folks that ALWAYS have an extra second to chat. No matter the day or time, they always serve fresh hot food. You can NEVER go wrong visiting this place on 25th Street here in Cleveland, Tennessee. As a local who is big on the hometown quality, if you are on interstate 75 passing through and headed towards Cleveland,Tennessee, you can stop here and these folks will definitely help you out with fresh hot food and very friendly service. Come see these folks, you will be glad you did.

Food is good but service can make or break a restaurant. Employees just are not taught to treat people like they would want to be treated anymore. Rudeness is a everyday occurrence.

Number 7 no bbq.. absolutely amazing. I don't remember the last time I had fast food that fresh and hot. Not sute what seasons are on the buttered and grilled bread but I loved it.

Great service, even thou they were short staffed, they were Friendly, Fast, and Fresh!

As a store manager of a retail establishment with years of customer service under my belt, I was extremely disappointed in the staff. I wasn’t expecting them to go above and beyond, but bare minimum would have been nice. I placed a mobile order, then headed that way. When I pulled up (6 minutes later) I told them at the drive thru I placed a mobile order. They said “it’s not ready. But I guess pull ahead.” I thought that was odd, I didn’t expect it to be ready and was just checking in. I wonder if they ask customer who just placed their order in the drive thru that it’s not ready yet. But I brushed it off and pulled up. When I got to the window, I smiled and said hello. She did not look at me or say a word. Handed me my drinks while staring off somewhere inside. When she handed me my food, I once again tried to be nice and say “thank you” but again, not a word. She did not say a single word to me the entire transaction. Bare minimum of customer service is “hello, how are you today” and “have a great day!” Extremely disappointed.
