Wendy's - Cleveland

The food was enjoyable, but our server mixed up our order and gave my partner strawberry lemonade instead of the strawberry frogs we specifically came for. When he pointed it out, she insisted he had ordered the lemonade, and despite us knowing that wasn't the case, she didn’t seem interested in making any corrections. Additionally, the dining room was quite dirty, with five uncleaned tables at 3 PM and several flies buzzing around us. This was not the ideal experience we were hoping for.

The food was good, but the service is always slow. It took 15 minutes just to get a simple 4 for $4 order in the drive-thru!

This Wendy's location can be one of the worst in northeastern Ohio. The wait time was ridiculously long, the staff seemed disinterested, and there were only three cars in the drive-thru. I would not recommend going here. Instead, try the Wendy's on Lorain and W. 140th.

Does not allow them to buy normally. only can they order via uber or doordash. would not refund my order over the wendy app. update tries to go back. this place always closes about 2 hours before it is listed. so do not disturb after 9.

I will not go back my order was nasty! Cold frys no lettuce no bacon and the excuse was we only have 3 workers. Well if you can't do it close until you get more staff..
