The Juicy Seafood - Cleveland

With so many other options in the area, we almost didn't come here, but I am so glad we did! Our waitress, Hannah, was one of the best waitresses I have ever had. She was knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and just overall amazing. Honestly, I would have given a five-star review for her alone, luckily the food was just as good as the service. I got the fried basket pick-two with shrimp, oysters, and sweet potatoes. It was affordable, fresh, and cooked to absolute perfection ? Not to mention there was enough that I had some left over to eat later. 5 very much deserved stars, and that isn't nearly enough.

The food is really good. They have been playing nothing but Taylor swift for over 45 mins and it's incredibly annoying. And just made us not enjoy the environment or even the food. From 4:21pm to 5:06 pm on 11/16/23.Kid-friendliness: It is.

Tasteless food and we got ripped off. And, No seasoning. I had actually put seasoning on it when I got home. They tried to tell me that they weigh the crab and that’s why I didn’t get a full two clusters. So if we got two crab clusters each of Dungeness why was one two full clusters and the other one cluster and a half and the 2 clusters was far bigger? These people are ignorant. Anyplace else would’ve taken down our name and when we returned they would’ve comped us. I don’t believe these people will be in business for very long with this kind of attitude. These people forget that we can leave reviews. Never have I encountered such a poor response. The manager said we cannot compare them to Juicy Crab. You know what? She was right! In all the times we have eaten at Juicy Crab and Juicy Seafood restaurants, we have NEVER, EVER had a bad meal.

Don't wear fancy clothes, because you are going to be elbow deep in your dinner!

Loved the nautical atmosphere, the service was fantastic, and the food was delicious! The portions for the food will NOT disappoint. Definitely recommend this place if you love sea food.
