Taco Bell - Cleveland

I finished my shift at 2:00 and decided to grab some quick drive-thru food. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and spent 10 minutes waiting at the drive-thru speaker without ever getting a response. The car was still running and the lights were on, so it was clear someone was back there.

The food was hot and the service was fast in the world of Taco Bell. The girl in the window might have been a bit more pleasant, but I will give her the advantage of doubt because it was ice cold and who knows what the people had driven through before me.

I always have negative experiences, my receipt shows that Valerie threw me out. I asked for a beef crunch battle and when I got the reception, he said beans. I asked her if she could fix it because I didn't want it. She told me it was already done and blown the window. So rude and respectful customer service, especially someone who looked like a manager. I was on the lunch break and had no time to go back. So the crispy pack was was was wasted. I'm hungry and almost $5 because the employees can't fix their own mistakes. Any advice on how this can be solved?

Much better than South Euclid location. The Drive-Thru manager, Jenna was so friendly, informative and organized. She's really a role for the team. We appreciate their devotion and greetings especially when it is late at night and the line can be long. She's a born leader! Support them!

11/13/2020 just went through drive through no body said hold on will be with you nothing .I pull up to window person says can't take order from here have to do line again which is long enough to be a total of 8 cars. I get back to window they say we not taking orders anymore ....it's 630pm ....what do you mean not taking orders. ....makes no sense went to different taco bell no issue at all. DO BETTER!!!!!
