I have visited this Subway location many times and have always had a positive experience. However, today was an exception. The staff, who appeared to be young adults without proper management or supervision, did not provide a good customer experience. The girl who served me overcharged and handled the food carelessly, without wearing gloves. She also sneezed near the food, touched the register, and then continued handling the food. Additionally, her constant exasperated noises were off-putting. Overall, the service was terrible.
I used to always go to this sandwich shop on Paulhuff, but the night crew is rude, dirty, and inconsiderate. They have told me to go to another store at times. However, the manager Tony and the girl on the day shift are nice, friendly, and professional. After a bad experience on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon, I will not be returning. Subway has lost my business, as well as that of my family, friends, and company.
If you order through the app, they may not assemble your sandwich correctly. I requested a beef melt sandwich with roast beef, pepper Jack cheese, and bacon, but I received a chicken sandwich without bacon or cheese, and with very little meat.
The two women working at the restaurant were excellent and made a delicious sandwich. I couldn't have made a better one myself. Thank you for a great lunch.
