Starbucks - Cleveland

I ordered Mocha crumbs but received caramel crab instead. When I pointed out that it wasn't what I had ordered, they insisted it was. I didn't have time to argue so I didn't bother asking for a replacement.

This restaurant review is incorrect. The restaurant is not located where it is marked on the map. It is actually situated at the corner of Frankz Pastorius Avenue and St. Clair Avenue.

I ordered a salad that was $5.50 and a soda that came to $8.99. I thought it was a bit expensive, but it was worth it.

Customer service leaves much to be desired. Baristas really should know the menu or be willing to ask for help without flatly denying everyday drink enhancements. Manager tries her best (she’s awesome) and deserves some serious ? for her work ?

I am pregnant and diabetic, I ordered sugar free and had a blood sugar scare less than an hour later after mentioning 3 times to make sure it is sugar free. Never had this issue at any other Starbucks. She seemed new but I will never return. It is relatively simple to listen to people’s request, especially when it comes to their health and safety.
