Punch Bowl Social Cleveland

As a former chef who has worked in some of NYC's top restaurants, I always find myself coming to Punch Bowl for the killer burger and fries when i'm in town. This place is solid and the service is great. For as much volume as it does, they do a damn good job at serving a quality product.

My nephew had a birthday party here.They put tables together near the entry and served the group quickly.Please try their alcohol free peach ginger drink. They were out we I went.Use the main restroom in the rare it has more space. The two in the front are singles and unisex...so knock first.? Plenty of parking across the street. Parking $10. Bring cash in case their machine is down.

We arrived at a weekend. they did not seem very busy, but they were all out of the beat and said it was an hour before they could do more. if their main thing is to have a lot of impact. we only ordered chips and quads and drinks. they took 40 minutes to get out. the food and the drinks seemed meh and too expensive. the main thing is that the waitress we had was absolutely wonderful.

I had a reservation for easter brunch for two. we couldn't visit the family this year, so we thought we were going to do something fun. my 17-year-old daughter and I were brought up by everyone. I was inquired about it - as the below were quite empty and was told by an annoyed hostess that they liked to distribute the customers to the other server. I was told that the restaurant had no Irish coffee with my waitress, so I ordered regular coffee. I think she should have just asked someone, but it seems that no one wanted to get any effort into working this morning. we were served cold waffles without sirup or cute. the bartender and our server stopped on their phones during playing. when we left, we saw that other customers had come in and all were sitting down, and there were still many open tables and stands. this is not the kind of place they go so that they can be themselves. you go somewhere to play games and be with people. we had to play some games, but were so dissatisfied with our experience that we just went. we would have just made waffeln home and saved the $20 parking fee. at least they would have been hot. so disappointing.

Angel was our host for my birthday. She was amazing, helpful and polite. The atmosphere was fun. I had a blast.
