Puente Viejo - Cleveland

W O W!!!! Those 3 letters sum up our experience last night! We usually hang out on E4th when in town but last night we found our new FAVORITE spot! From the moment we walked it it was amazing! 1st off... The customer service was outstanding, EVERYONE was so nice... next... the margaritas.... they were some of the best I 've ever had (margaritas for 2), THEN.... the FOOD..... amazing! They didn 't have an advertised 'seafood burrito ', but Matt was so accommodating and made my order perfect! My husband was asking about a specific flavor of margaritas and David whipped up a tasting for him... I 've never experienced such wonderful service, AND amazing food and drink all in 1 place! It 's a must try, I promise you won 't regret it!

My boyfriend and I have come in several times in the past and always had a good experience and enjoyed the food, but we were particularly impressed when we ordered for takeout recently! The food was prepared exactly as we ordered it and right on time, and they even gave us free chips and salsa as if we had been eating in the restaurant. It's the little things that count and the service has always included the little things, and this time the little things reminded me to write a review! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for warm delicious Mexican food!

This place is awesome! My office is just down the street, so I frequent Viejo for lunch on a weekly basis. The food is affordable (less than $10 lunch) and the owner comes around to personally check on us every time I've eaten there. Easily one of the best places around Playhouse Square.

My girlfriend and I were coming in from out of town for a concert and we made a reservation here. When we showed up we were sat immediately. I got tacos and was able to use the toppings bar which was awesome. I got a red sangria as well which was absolutely delicious. My friend got shrimp and chicken fajitas. The rice and beans were also delicious and so was the guacamole. We also got complimentary tequila shots just for being beautiful. The service was great and so was the food.

We have been to this restaurant 3 times and have loved it each time. Friendly service, great food and fabulous margaritas. Highly recommneded. Thank you for making each of our visits positive.
