Primo African Quisine - Cleveland

The lemon drop was delicious. Meals were bland, not aromatic and did not allow substitutions. Service slow and there were only 10 people inside.

I and my friend went in on Thursday night. We were literally the only 2 people in the restaurant and STILL got terrible service and the food was not the best

Waited 30 minutes before I even got a water or had waited when I had a reservation and was forgotten. Then another 30 minutes for appetizers, the business was not even busy enough to be so slow. I went at 8 and went only 10:30.

Do not book a reservation at this restaurant as it is out of business. How can OpenTable make a reservation for a restaurant that is not even open? We had theater tickets that night and had to find another restaurant before the show which was not easy.

The entire place was empty when we were there which was odd. The food was fantastic. Service was a bit slow but overall we were happy.
