Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Cleveland

I'm not sure about the 4.2-star rating. This place has made me the best sandwich I've ever had—the Wreck. It must be something special!

The staff is really awesome! I love their Earthly Shakes—I always get one with my food (the BLTA sandwich). During this visit, I also tried the gyro sandwich, and it was incredibly delicious! Potbelly is definitely my go-to place. Bon appétit!

I had a quick lunch before an appointment in the city center. The service was polite, friendly, and efficient. We ordered three sandwiches during the busy lunch hour, and they were ready in no time. The cookies are outstanding—super soft! We even grabbed a few extra to take home. While street parking can be a hassle, it's to be expected in an urban area.

For what it is, I am upset with this place! it's nothing nice, but it's good! the people here are always beautiful, they are polite, and the 1x time there was a mistake, they were fast to fix it. that was 1x error from a light hundred visit or more in the last year! that is not a streak that the good service there is a tradition!

I didn't know what to get and asked for a recommendation. The employee suggested the chicken club and went through each of the toppings she puts on hers to make sure it was good with me. Let me tell you, it was fantastic!! The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly
