Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cleveland

There is always an extremely long waiting time. the employees do not welcome the customers, they go by and look. it is a time to serve. I try to avoid these popeyes if possible. it is sad, because at a time it was one of the best popeyes in the opposite food: 3/5

Morning for lunch, the credit card machine was downstairs, and they were short workers. also with that the 2 employees there delivered a decent fast experience and the whole food was hot and the hen was crispy and damp. Everyone wants to complain today because something is not perfect, but these 2 women deserve a certain recognition for a positive stay and are helpful even if the situations they deal with are not optimal.

No customer service capabilities at all. they're always out. people in the window seem like they have an employment because I will spend my money. at least smile when you take my money. ask me, can I get them something else instead, is it? update the running gear through the menu when cajun rice is up there, the server it, I don't want to drill and repair the loudspeaker? if I can't hear you, talk, use them to hear it on the rta

Missing pieces of my order, they told us pull up and we will bring it out. 15 min later my wife had to go a d get it..it had been sitting for 15 min so it was cold..we pulled off, came back to get beinè that didn't receive..they didn't have any moreFood: 4/5

The good was delicious. But...Bad customer service at store 2697. 40 minute total wait time. 20 minutes to prepare our order. Order was incorrect. We were ignored and staff was not friendly. It was our first visit to Popeyes and also our last.
