Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cleveland

Only been here twice and both paint the experience sucked. expect a beautiful ambiente of firearms and people to ask their car to foot for money while they wait 30 min to an hour in the drive through. for the first time I ordered nuggets and kartoffeln and received only the nuggets. I drove home and said, forget it's not worth it. second time I waited 30 minutes in the line then drove to the house to find out that they gave me the wrong order. they told me I had to go back to get a replacement and they can't make a refund. drive back and waited 20 minutes for my replacement. fast eating should be fast. I didn't think this was too much to ask, but it's obvious. they would think if they took their time, the order would be correct. there were maybe 3 cars in the line? really no excuse. I was willing to forgive the mistake for the first time, but I should be desperate to give it a third chance. all in all, worst popeyes ever.

The food was delicious and hot at both places. they had no honey on camp, but the jelly was a good substitute. service was ok considering that it was a busy time in the evening.

Hot n fresh. Drive thru was very busy. Had a little wait. But was worth it thanks to fresh food and good service. F

I love this place. I have turked and was wrong, went to store and they replaced my order. great customer service and great food!

All the food was fresh and the hospitality was on point. The team worked well with each other and got costumers in and out with ease. I’m not from around here but if I’m ever in the area I would go to this when and tell everyone else to too!
