Our local Pizza Hut on Detroit and 117th in Cleveland is top notch. Food is all ways hot and fresh. Great quality. Delivery driver is always pleasant and fun to interact with. The marinara sauce is excellent. Go to place for thin crust.

Ordered a pizza for delivery online. My card was charged. It was a 40 minute wait. After 2 hours I called the store. They claimed they didn't have an order associated with my phone number. Filed a complaint on the pizza hut website. They said they'd reach out in 3 days. Three weeks later and still nothing.

Made an online order today and was taken by door dash and was never delivered. No care was put into locating my food and was told I will get a 20 dollar pickup credit. My order was $25 in total. I will never order from this establishment ever again
