Pizza Hut - Cleveland

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Usually, my experiences here are amazing. However, this time when I called to confirm my order, it was put on hold. When I arrived and asked if they could bring the pizza out to my car because I had a baby with me and it had suddenly started raining, the employee refused. I then asked to cancel my order since I couldn't get the food, and the employee yelled at me. Eventually, they brought out the food, but the entire interaction was disrespectful and unpleasant. My family loves the pizza and wings here, but the treatment I received was unacceptable. If employees are unhappy or frustrated, they should not take it out on customers.

The service was excellent, but unfortunately, they no longer offer a lunch buffet. We ordered a simple pizza since there was no dining room available at the time, but the dining room wasn't inviting anyway.

The pizza we had last night was the worst. It was hard, lacking sauce, and very disappointing. We were extremely disappointed with the quality.

Great food. excellent service. I was one of the best pizza huts.

Decent pizza. Nothing earth shattering but a good place to break up the monotony of fast food for lunch. Super spacious on the inside and clean. They guy working inside today was super nice and attentive to me and my daughter.
