Panera Bread - Cleveland

Every Sunday I have panera brot. 9 times from 10 the amount of chicken salad on my sandwich is laughable. for the price should cover at least the half of the sandwich. it's really annoying that I have to come almost every time to have adapted, but I give five stars because eating is good and the manager bella makes a fantastic work to make the dinge right. I will eat every week, only please tell the workers to be more realistic with portions.

I love this panara! always has a good quality eating and it treats with care. (no sloppy packaging) my question would be but definitiw at the workers. they have no love for detail. Forget to drink, don't put something in the order or hear directions. other thanks, it's really great.

This place is dirty, tables, seats, floor, bathroom. I wonder how the kitchen is. would not recommend this place. management must be present or fired. I wonder why the owner doesn't care about it. She's never gonna stick in here and look for herself.

Third time I've come here and third time the drive thru has been closed. It's 1:45pm. It's not busy at all. You have to literally call before you come every single time. I have a baby with me which is why I always rely on the drive thru. Lately it's been a huge waste of time. Stop using staffing issues to turn customers away. I'm tired of that. Definitely make sure to check your bag before you leave too. I'm always missing something. Once I drove all the way back after I got home already, and all they offered me was a free cookie. Gee, thanks. How big of you.

My chicken looked a pink, I know it comes precooked and they just reheat it but the chicken from the place could be heated wrong. They didn?t even look at the chicken just told me they reheat it and it couldn?t be pink. I wouldn?t be as disappointed but they didn?t even look at the chicken to me it?s clearly has pink throughout it.I wished they took it seriously.
